  • The handheld microphone (transmitter) is pre-paired with the receiver. Setup is a breeze with this wireless system!   
  • Just remove from the box, insert batteries, plug into PA speaker, guitar amplifier, mixer (any device that allows 1/4" mic input) and start to rock! 
  • To get the most out of it, follow these three tricks when using it with a PA system.    
  • The battery-powered system provides the greatest convenience for outdoor use. Even the most generic AA battery(*2) for the back-pack transmitter and AAA ones(*2) for the receiver can last for 4 hours.

Successful presentation/speech, audio counts 

  • Cardioid microphone along with a fine-tuned integrated circuit limits self-noise and handling noise and blocks out background sound in any noisy environment.
  • K025 is a dynamic microphone that will reproduce the warmest sound when you speak from around 3" away.

  • When experiencing interference, like hissing or dropout, unscrew the battery cover and click the button on the inside to find the best-suited frequency.

Q: What if I want to cancel the order right after payment?
A: Please contact us immediately if you would like to make changes to your order.

Q: Do you have international shipping?
A: Sorry, no. Products on FIFINE website are not available for global shipping. Delivery covers UK, CA and US (APO/FPO address is not included). For customers who live outside these regions, you can check out on FIFINE AliExpress Store.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: We process your order as soon as we receive it. And because of current situation, the processing time could take up to ONE business day, which is not added up to the shipping time.

Q: What if I provide the wrong/I want to change the shipping address?

If the package has already been shipped, we will message you with the carrier info as soon as possible. Then you can contact them to relocate a correct address. If it can not be changed, we have to wait till the package being sent back to proceed a refund. And if it is not returned to sender successfully, we have no responsibility for issuing a refund or replacing the package.

Q: When can I expect my package to arrive?
A:
1. If it is a pre-order or back-order that is in stock, your package will be shipped first.
2. Delivery takes 4-7 days (based on your location), which counts from the day when your order is processed. Shipping cost is free when your order weighs below 1.51 kg.
3. If it is emergent order that needs to be delivered on a specific date, please contact us before placing the order.

Q: When will I receive my shipment tracking number?
A: You will receive a notification email about the tracking information once your order leaves warehouse that is close to your location.

Q: What if tracking info indicates the package was received but I haven't actually receive it?
A:
First off, please wait for one more business days, tracking info update could be ahead of the actual delivery.
Next, if you still haven't received package, please call and email the local post office. They will have more info than we can see online.
At last, when post office is not able to help find the package, you should send us the screenshots of communication with post office as evidence for us to file a complaint. With a response from Post Office through your contact, confirming that package is missing, we will do a refund on the product price.

Return & Refund Policy

Q: What is your return policy?
A: FIFINE MICROPHONE offers Free Return within 30 days, counting from the date when the tracking info shows delivered.
But it does not cover bulk purchase (more than three), intact item, item ordered by mistake. If you wish to return a product, please contact us.

Q: How do I request a return?
A: Please follow the steps below to return a product:
1. Contacted our email at web@fifine.cc with your order number and the reason for return (Any product shipped to us without a return authorization will be returned to the customer at his or her expense).
2. We will email you back to confirm the product condition. Custoemr will have responsiblity to help provide the info (pictures and recording) we required. Then we will give instructions for returning and a return number.
3. Ship your unused product in its original packaging to the address identified in our email.
4. Note: Return shipping fee is covered by FIFINE only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or incorrect orders. Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).

"Return Terms"

Please be sure to use the original box, and the shipping carton and its packing material to ship the item back (the item is returned in the same condition as it was when shipped).
You are responsible for shipping the products back to us.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q: After I have returned a product, when will I see the refund in my account?
A: After receiving and examining your returned product(s), your refund will appear in your account within 3 to 5 business days. Please be aware that the refund will depend on the policies of PayPal that was used for payment.

Other Terms and Conditions

"Bulk Purchase Return"

If buyer bought more than THREE products at a time, any one of them is defective, we will provide the free replacement.
But if buyer decides to return them all, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total. And buyer is responsible for the shipment back to FIFINE local factory.

"Refuse-to-Receive"

Once package has been shipped out, order cancellation is not possible. When product arrives, buyers are responsible for arranging return shipping and covering the cost by themselves and emailing us back with tracking number. If buyer decides to refuse package instead, we will charge a restocking fee of 30% of the order total.
Notice: Refund of "refuse-to-receive" item does not cover the origianl shipping fee, That means in this case, we will send back the payment of only the product listed price.

"Intact Items"

An intact item is one that its package has been opened and it works without a problem. If you want to return an intact product, the return shipping cost shall be covered on customer side. And we will deduct the original shipping fee from the refund total.

"Defective Items"

A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage. If you receive a defective product, please contact our email for assistance.
Notice: Whether a product is defective depends the info that customer provides (pictures and recording).

"Damaged Items"

If the order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery and email us with your order number. If you have accepted it, please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order and also email us for instructions.

K025 FAQs

Question 1: How do I install batteries? I unscrewed the gray and black cap on the bottom of the microphone. however, battery compartment does not budge
Answer: I guess you might have unscrewed the wrong cap. Please try again to uncrew the battery cap from the place 2'' under the on/off switch. Then you will see the battery compartment. More info could be found on the product page.

Question 2: Can I use this with the K036 receiver?
Answer: Yes, just need to pulg it into the mic jack of K036 receiver.

Question 3: I wanted to use this in a classroom, is it compatible with a computer connected to smartboard speakers ?
Answer: Sorry, we don't recommend to connect the mic to the computer.
But if you have bought the mic and really want to have a try, you will need to check what kind of input jack on your computer first. If there is only one jack (the combo of the headphone and microphone jack) on your computer, you will need to find a 1/4'' to 3.5mm TRRS (4 pin) adapter to connect the receiver to your computer. If there are two input jacks on your computer, you will need to find a 1/4'' to 3.5mm TRS (3 pin) adapter to connect the receiver to the computer.

Question 4: Is this a mono or stereo microphone?
Answer: It's 1/4'' mono. But you could convert it to a stereo.
Please contact us and let us know the device you want to connect to the mic, then we could point you to the compatible 1/4'' mono to 1/8'' stereo adapter.

Question 5: Will people be able to hear me speak with just the mic and receiver?
Answer: No, you need to plug the receiver to a speaker which has 1/4" mic jack to output the sound.

Question 6: Is this compatible with Harmon Kardon Onyx Studio 3?
Answer: No, it isn't.
There is only 3.5mm aux in on your speaker. It usually doesn't have enough gain to boost the mic signal. Therefore, even you can use the 6.5 to 3.5 adapter to plug in the speaker, the sound of mic will be very low. That's why we recommend to use the mic with speaker with 1/4'' mic input.
